Senior Project Manager

Job Description

A well-established construction company in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is best suited for a Senior-level PM or a Project Manager with several years of proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Lead and support the preconstruction process, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and scope reviews
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change management
• Utilize Procore for project documentation, communication, and field coordination
• Use Sage for cost control, job costing, and financial reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams as needed

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction (Senior PM experience preferred)
• Strong experience with Procore and Sage
• Demonstrated experience in preconstruction and project planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $115,000, with flexibility based on experience
