Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Join us in Madison, WI. This position is based on our campus and requires relocation to the area. We will provide financial relocation assistance.
We’re seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
Additionally, you’ll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.

Responsibilities and Qualifications- Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
