Overview

This is a field position requiring travel and in-home visits in the Casper, Wyoming area. Arkos Health is a value-based healthcare company providing in-home, virtual, and in-clinical care to payors, providers, and patients.

We serve health plans and provider organizations by managing high-risk, high-cost populations and operate in multiple states. This role contributes to improving patient care quality while supporting cost-effective care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Perform in-home visits with patients, including point-of-care testing (diabetic A1c collection, blood pressure checks, colorectal screening kits, and other testing required by HEDIS/Stars).
  • Review collected data to identify and address gaps in care.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with patients and communicate testing procedures and reasoning clearly.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills; travel up to 80% of the time in personal vehicle.
  • Balance in-office and field work, with readiness to travel to patient homes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Own reliable vehicle to drive to patients' homes; valid state driver license and appropriate liability insurance.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to perform point-of-care testing (urine sample collection, A1c checks, blood pressure checks).
  • Familiarity with medical terminology; excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload; strong customer service and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience is a plus.
