Together, we’re changing the way people experience mental health care.

Duties include providing mental health treatment and crisis intervention for individuals aged 5 and older in collaboration with the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. We treat a wide range of mental health needs, such as depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, sleep-related disorders, LGBTQ+ related issues, bipolar disorders, stress, phobias, and more.

Requirements/other:

  • A Master’s of Social Work from an accredited social work program by the Council of Social Work Education with licensure
  • A Master’s of Counseling from an accredited Counseling program with licensure.
  • This position provides assessment and treatment of mental health issues, including emotional or social disorders, and may use a variety of methods for the treatment of those disorders.
  • The treatments will be provided in person or virtually at clinic location.
  • The duties include working on an interdisciplinary team having four service lines: medical, outpatient mental health, case management, and mental health urgent care.
  • The position is in person. Clinic hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Job Type: full-time, 40 hours per week
