* Position Overview:

** The Loan Coordinator supports daily branch operations by coordinating schedules, managing appointment workflows, and maintaining branch tracking systems. This role provides administrative and clerical assistance to loan officers and loan partners to ensure efficient processing of loan‐related activities. The Loan Coordinator interacts with clients and helps the branch meet operational objectives and service standards.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Manage loan officers’ schedules and assist loan partners with daily loan file activities.
* Manage the branch lead tracker and branch database while maintaining professional business rapport.
* Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new lead consultations and additional meetings for the Branch Manager.
* Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
* Assist the Loan Partner II with clerical tasks such as copying and faxing documents.
* Schedule weekly face‐to‐face meetings based on branch metrics and operational needs.
* Meet branch objectives related to pre‐qualifications and pre‐approvals.
* Attend branch events to assist loan officers in building clientele.
* Complete and maintain branch‐assigned checklists, files, and analyses within established branch deadlines.
* Work a Monday–Friday schedule with hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

* Qualifications and Skills:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent math and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
