Join our team as a Personal Banker at the Casper East Branch in Casper, WY (Remote‑Hybrid).
As a Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs, including opening accounts, handling transactions, and offering financial products.
Responsibilities- Building strong customer relationships and understanding their financial goals
- Promoting and explaining banking products and services
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications accurately
- Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell banking solutions
- Ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
