- Guide and support a team of electrical designers and engineers.
- Participate in staffing decisions, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager on workload distribution and project assignments.
- Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert during client meetings and interviews.
- Lead electrical design for building systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecom/data systems.
- Perform calculations and layouts for lighting, circuits, and switch gear.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system evaluations to develop optimal solutions.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support proposal development and help define project scope and fees.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Identify new service opportunities and support business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program is required
. - Professional Engineering (PE) license is required; must obtain Wyoming PE license upon hire if currently licensed in another state.
- 7-15 years of progressive experience in electrical design, project engineering, or project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in building electrical systems is a must
. - Skilled in electrical design software (Visual, Elum Tools), and MS Office.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
