Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

• Greet members and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist with member account management using POS system for new cards, address changes, and payment questions.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Perform regular facility cleaning, including mopping spills, removing trash, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re‑racking weights.
• Clean exercise equipment, tanning beds, restrooms, and wet areas.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to exceed member expectations.
• Strong listener, empathic, problem‑solving ability.
• Demonstrates diplomacy in interactions.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
