GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position provides essential administrative and front‑office support, serving as the first point of contact for the public, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include greeting guests professionally; answering and directing telephone calls; opening, sorting, and distributing mail; and scheduling and coordinating use of the WOGCC hearing room.
The role manages document flow by scanning, organizing, and saving files to designated network locations; reviewing documents for accuracy; and entering required information into the system. Additional duties include assisting staff with projects as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

- Greet the public and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Answer telephone in a professional manner, take messages, and direct calls and questions to the appropriate staff.
- Open, sort, and distribute express mail to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule and coordinate the use of the WOGCC hearing room.
- Scan documents as requested by agency staff.
- Scan, arrange, and save documents to the appropriate destination on network servers.
- Understand different documents and enter required information into the system.
- Assist other staff members with projects as needed.
- Knowledge of assembling, sorting, and distributing documents.
- Knowledge of reviewing and editing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Knowledge of telephone systems and coordinating telephone and visitor traffic.
- Knowledge of the preparation of records, reports, and correspondence.
- Knowledge of agency policies and procedures.
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 0‑2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business Office Communications)
OR
Education & Experience Substitution: 1‑3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business Office Communications)

Physical Working Conditions- This is an office position in Casper.
