Typical Responsibilities:

• Model and coach a guest‑first service culture.
• Lead team to meet fulfillment goals and support sales growth.
• Use workload planning tools to ensure all schedules and orders are met.
• Review fulfillment reports and address gaps.
• Create daily plans and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Oversee pickup and ship‑from‑store operations.
• Recommend and onboard talent to build a guest‑centric team.
• Set goals on quality, accuracy, and timeliness; hold team accountable.
• Work flexible schedule: early morning, evening, weekends, holidays.
• Order supplies timely and in partnership with leadership.
• Follow safe and secure training, maintain safety culture.
• Model physical security processes and support merchandise protection.
• Respond to emergency and compliance needs.
• Provide guest services like back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, drive‑up.
• Engage warmly with guests and assist as needed.
• Thank guests and reinforce goodwill.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Preferred previous retail experience, not required.
• Leadership and accountability skills.
• Adaptability to technology.
• Teamwork and independent work ability.
• Strong communication and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort using hand scanners, radios, and security devices.
