As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick‑service restaurant, responsible for providing friendly, accurate and efficient service so that every traveler returns to the road better than they came.

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
• Provide great tasting / quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests
• Ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests; remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and, if necessary, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floor
• Follow proper safety procedures and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests
• Practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co‑workers
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

Pay Range: $15.15 – $15.75 per hour

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons, fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and the noise level can be loud  employee may also be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high‑concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
