• Assess and evaluate birth control needs of client with consideration of physiological, psychological, social, and environmental factors.
• Mandatory reporting of sexual and physical abuse per protocol and nursing guidelines.
• Provide accurate information for smoking cessation, overall healthcare, nutrition, and pre‑natal education.
• Teach based on Arizona Family Health Partnership guidelines.
Distribute and administer birth control method as prescribed and conduct quarterly family planning clinic audits.
