Material Handler 1 – 1st Shift

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Compensation: $22 per hour, competitive.

Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

• Operate materials handling equipment, including a forklift.
• Visually inspect packaging for damage.
• Assist with off‑loading as needed.
• Pull and stage parts for shipments.
• Participate in safety, housekeeping and 5S programs.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain training on all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies and procedures.
• Supply components to the production floor as required.
• Assist with periodic or regular cycle counts of materials to verify inventory.

Must be able to work in the U.S. without restrictions or sponsorship and be at least 18 years old.

Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

• Previous experience in a material handler or forklift driver role.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases of production and operability.
• Positive, adaptable, hard‑working, patient mindset.
• Willingness to help with activities that may be outside of your job scope.
• Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Natural ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.

• Physical capability – ability to perform essential duties, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Screening – successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Reliability – consistent attendance and work performance.
• Safety compliance – follow all safety policies and procedures.
