Maintenance Technician based in Casa Grande, Arizona. The role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing processing and packaging equipment, along with distribution systems, using a broad knowledge base of electrical, controls, and mechanical disciplines. Work requires minimum supervision and results in efficient, reliable operation of plant facilities.
Full‑time opportunity on Night Shift (06:00 PM – 06:30 AM) or Day Shift (06:00 AM – 06:30 PM) on a 2‑2‑3 rotation with every other weekend off. Shift differentials: 2nd shift (+10%) and 3rd shift (+15%).

- Willing to work a 12‑hour night shift on a 2‑2‑3 rotation.
- Perform and follow all OSHA guidelines regarding work and safety manuals.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as scheduled.
- Daily oiling, greasing, and inspection of production equipment.
- Service and rebuild pumps and valves.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, panel controls, and mechanical problems in manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of operating equipment and initiate preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliable and safe operations.
- Troubleshoot control circuitry including PLC hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to work with high‑voltage equipment, including troubleshooting and understanding electrical prints.
- Routinely dismantle, repair, and reassemble complex equipment to maintain optimum efficiency.
- Complete routine paperwork such as PM work orders and log sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keep technical skills current through training and education, and deliver training to others.
- Work in a safe and professional manner, demonstrating a positive attitude and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, and packaging equipment.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to perform TIG welding.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to disassemble and assemble all parts of machines and support equipment per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Assessment of all areas of machines and support equipment in a dairy manufacturing facility.
- Read basic electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Basic knowledge of boiler function and operation.
- Basic metal‑working/machining skills.
- Ability to provide basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
