Maintenance Technician - Casa Grande, AZ

Now hiring for a Maintenance Technician. This is a fast-paced, cross‑functional role where no two days are the same, and your work directly contributes to vehicle innovation.

• Wednesday | 11 AM - 5:30 PM
• Thursday + Friday | 5 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday | 5 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay | $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, mechanical equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and mechanical issues through inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Inspect and maintain motors, drives, belts, filters, and fluid levels following preventive maintenance checklists.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, electronic components, plumbing systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Dismantle machinery and equipment using hoists, cranes, and tools to access and replace faulty parts.
• Clean, lubricate, and service bearings, gears, shafts, and other moving components.
• Operate and test machinery to verify proper functionality after repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repair types, labor, and material costs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and maintenance troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment
• Solid understanding of machinery, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance practices
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production systems
• Working knowledge of engineering principles and applied technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
• Detail‑oriented team player with a proactive approach to maintenance

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 8-10 years of hands‑on maintenance technician experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment
