You Will- Lead the team of MES-focused SREs, automation specialists, and monitoring analysts.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and blameless postmortems.
- Oversee the implementation of observability tools and dashboards for systems performance and health monitoring.
- Lead incident response efforts and ensure timely resolution of MES, LMIS related issues.
- Drive automation of deployments, health checks, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with Development and Project teams to integrate MES into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with MES & Ignition Developers, PFS Operations, and IT Infrastructure teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Plant Systems reliability concerns.
- Analyze system performance trends and forecast future capacity needs.
- Recommend infrastructure improvements to support MES scalability.
- Ensure MES systems adhere to cybersecurity and regulatory standards.
- Support audits and documentation for compliance initiatives.
- 10+ years in IT Operations, SRE, MES support roles with an Engineering degree in IT, Electronics or Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of MES platforms (Rockwell FTPC).
- Strong knowledge of PLCs (Rockwell and Siemens).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Elastic APM, Grafana, Dynatrace), automation (Ansible, Python), and CI/CD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
