• Lead the team of MES-focused SREs, automation specialists, and monitoring analysts.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and blameless postmortems.
• Oversee the implementation of observability tools and dashboards for systems performance and health monitoring.
• Lead incident response efforts and ensure timely resolution of MES, LMIS related issues.
• Drive automation of deployments, health checks, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with Development and Project teams to integrate MES into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with MES & Ignition Developers, PFS Operations, and IT Infrastructure teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Plant Systems reliability concerns.
• Analyze system performance trends and forecast future capacity needs.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements to support MES scalability.
• Ensure MES systems adhere to cybersecurity and regulatory standards.
• Support audits and documentation for compliance initiatives.

• 10+ years in IT Operations, SRE, MES support roles with an Engineering degree in IT, Electronics or Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of MES platforms (Rockwell FTPC).
• Strong knowledge of PLCs (Rockwell and Siemens).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Elastic APM, Grafana, Dynatrace), automation (Ansible, Python), and CI/CD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
