Shifts:

7:00am – 3:30pm OR 11:30am – 7:00pm

Our client is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Specialist to provide high-touch, on-site support for employees in a fast-paced manufacturing/operations environment
. This role is heavily focused on benefits administration, HR case management, employee guidance, and frontline support
.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR/benefits questions (walk-ups + scheduled support)
  • Manage and resolve HR cases using a ticketing/case management system
    , escalating complex issues when needed
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding
    , including documentation and benefits enrollment/termination steps
  • Provide HR policy and benefits education to employees in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR systems
  • Support ongoing improvements to HR processes, FAQs, and knowledge base resources
  • Run and update basic HR reports and tracking logs using Microsoft Excel
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of HR experience
    , including benefits administration
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken + written)
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Casa Grande, AZ
  • Strong comfort working in a high-volume, employee-facing environment

Schedule

This is an onsite role supporting one of two shifts:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
