Casa Grande AZ. Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 Per Hour.

This role is for a Bilingual Benefits Administrator, required to work 100% onsite in Casa Grande, AZ, with a primary responsibility of managing U.S. benefit programs. The candidate will contribute to key projects, perform daily administrative tasks, and ensure seamless benefits delivery. Performance will be measured by the ability to meet deadlines and the quality of work delivered.

• Administer and manage U.S. benefits programs.
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to address benefits-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years experience in U.S. benefits administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticketing systems.

Experience in Human Resources, specifically in Benefits Administration, within any industry is preferred.
