Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength.
  • Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive success.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Engage in regular feedback sessions to improve skills and performance.
  • Promote a positive and motivating environment for patients and staff.
  • Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist or PTA with relevant state certification.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Strong focus on achieving performance targets and individual accountability.
  • Experience in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and mobility improvement techniques.
  • Effective communication skills for educating patients and families.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation of patient treatments.
