- Lead the planning, design, and execution of high-profile capital and infrastructure initiatives—shaping site development, utilities, roadways, drainage systems, and structural enhancements
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality to deliver projects on time and within expectations
- Partner with architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to bring complex projects to life
- Prepare and review innovative designs, technical specifications, and construction documents that set the standard
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to guide smart decision-making
- Navigate local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting and environmental requirements
- Oversee construction activities, perform inspections, and resolve challenges in real time
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers and project staff
- Support capital planning by identifying infrastructure needs and developing forward-thinking project proposals
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a closely related discipline) - Experience:
7+ years of engineering and project management experience, specializing in capital and infrastructure projects - Technical Expertise:
Strong command of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project delivery systems - Tools & Technology:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and civil design software (Civil 3D) - Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across all levels - Onsite job requirement in Casa Grande, AZ
- Experience managing infrastructure projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green infrastructure solutions
- Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- PMP certification (preferred, not required)
