Manufacturing Engineer

Join our innovative team, as we are seeking to fill a Manufacturing Engineer position at a leading global electric vehicle company located in Casa Grande, AZ.

Pay Rate: $42 - $47/hr.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours, on-site.

• Analyze time, motion, and workflow to establish production standards and improve operational efficiency.
• Review engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure quality and reliability compliance.
• Verify production and quality records for adherence to established standards.
• Assist in planning work assignments based on worker performance, machine capacity, and production schedules.
• Prepare charts, diagrams, and layouts illustrating workflow, material handling, and equipment use.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5-10 years Battery experience
• 5-7 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Skilled in CAD and other engineering software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; detail‑oriented and collaborative.
