• Performs inventory reconciliation investigations, utilizing D365, 3PL transaction reports, and additional information to document reasons for discrepancies
• Resolves inventory reconciliations discrepancies in D365 (transacting batch flips, performing inventory adjustments, etc.) or by working with external manufacturing reps, planners, warehousing/contract manufacturing site personnel, to ensure inventory accuracy between the site and D365
• Performs data cleansing of 3PL reported count sheets for preparation of Reconciliation tool
• Creating the monthly master inventory reconciliation file for analysis and reporting
• Responsible for analysis and updating weekly status reports for inventory reconciliation
• Develops and performs analysis, pulls data, and distributes reporting, as needed
• Responsible to maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Supports warehousing team with day-to-day functions in D365, as needed
• Supports inventory management projects, as needed
• Helps fix shipments so that there is the correct inventory being shipped out per FEFO (first expired, first out) when issues arrive

• Associate or Bachelors degree (preferred) or minimum of 6 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, inventory management, or related field
• Knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation processes
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required) - comfortable with creating/utilizing lookups, pivot tables, formulas, managing large data sets
• Ability to prioritize, adjust to a frequently changing environment and works well under tight timelines
• Has an investigative mindset, strong analytical skill, high level of integrity, and a flexible team-player
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
