We are currently seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a bulk truck delivery driver, you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for delivering packages to our valued customers in a safe and timely manner. Your dedication and excellent customer service skills will contribute to our commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.

No CDL License Required

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle (16 – 26 foot box trucks) to pick-up and deliver packages at designated locations in north Raleigh, NC zip codes, 27064 and 27609.
• Load and unload packages of various sizes and weights (usually large packages at one location) at business and residential locations. Number of stops is low since the job involves delivering a host of large packages in a single location.
• Plan and follow the most efficient route for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify the accuracy of packages and ensure proper documentation for each delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating during deliveries.
• Collaborate with the your manager to optimize delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations and safety protocols.
• Represent the organization in a positive manner at all times, maintaining a professional image.

• You must be physically capable of lifting heavy packages throughout the workday, in and out of large trucks. This is not a small courier type job. Specifically you must be able to carry 75lb packages and carry packages weighing up to 150lbs using a dolly/hand cart.
• Must be 21 Years or above.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to clear Pre‑employment Background and Drug Screening along with ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver. Box truck/step van experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

• Pay: $135/Day - $200/day (depending on experience)
• Stop Bonus beyond threshold stops

Monday - Saturday, During peak season, there is a mandatory 6 day schedule.
