THE POSITION

We're looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and nail the execution of every class with a WOW factor, consistently delivered. F45 is a group fitness environment that's classes are a blend of HIIT, functional training and circuit training.

• Able to learn and deliver new programs and movements daily, highlighting changing intervals, movement patterns, exercises and explain with captivating tone and engagement
• Has integrity and honesty and a love for helping people and fitness

• Coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts.
• Deliver EVERY class with high energy and a WOW factor
• Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with members
• Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention, promote and demonstrate healthy lifestyle habits
• Must be able to demonstrate all exercises in the workouts with perfect form and be able to explain and teach to members
• Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
• Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes daily
• Keep the studio clean and tidy throughout your shift and complete opening and closing lists before and after.
• Treat all members with respect and equal attention

• Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment, or similar HIGH energy group fitness
• 1-year minimum experience as a group or personal fitness trainer
• Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
• Plenty of hours on offer, must be available on weekdays and weekends
• Character, care, and communication skills
• Energetic and attentive
• Must understand functional movement and body mechanics, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
• Required to be on their feet, constantly moving, while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

• Must hold and maintain a nationally accredited fitness certification. Ex: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA, ISSA
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Must complete F45 Academy modules monthly
• Must be personal OR group training certified

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
