Installer Associate – Entry Level

Installer Associate – Up to $20/hr

Compensation: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience

As an Install Associate, you’ll help transform our customers’ homes by creating organization, beauty, and joy in every project. You’ll receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to quickly grow your skills—with the goal of advancing to a full Installer role. Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll assist in delivering flawless installations that exceed expectations.

• Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (not Garage door installation - coatings, scraping, etc.)
• Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies
• Handle and transport materials safely—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions
• Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets our high-quality standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
• Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needs

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types
• Strong attention to detail—accuracy to the millimeter
• Organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to work
• Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
• Physical ability to lift and carry products into work spaces

• Takes pride in hands-on work and craftsmanship
• Is eager to learn and advance their career in installation
• Enjoys problem-solving and working in a team environment
• Can balance professional demands with personal commitments

• Based in Raleigh, NC and surrounding area
• Requires at least two weekends of work per month
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions
