• Perform maintenance tasks across areas such as plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry, or demonstrate the ability to learn these skills

• Driver's license and car
• EPA certification and CPO preferred
• Experience in heat pumps preferred
