Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of school buildings, common areas, and perimeter grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and visitor check-in procedures, verify identification as required by site policy, and direct visitors to appropriate destinations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to post orders.;
Communicate with site administrators and local responders as needed, report hazards and/or maintenance concerns, and complete activity logs and incident reports.
