Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Representative. The position is based in Cary, NC, with the opportunity to work remotely part of the time. The Insurance Representative will work closely with clients to provide support, educate them about insurance and financial products, and develop customized solutions tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, supporting insurance sales efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams and staying informed about industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and financial planning strategies
  • Strong Customer Service abilities, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a client-focused or sales-driven environment
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a self-motivated approach
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is a plus
  • Insurance license or willingness to obtain it, as required
