Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Surety Systems, Inc. is proud to be celebrating 23 years in business. While we are headquartered in the heart of Cary, NC, our footprint spans 30+ states and 150+ clients annually. We are a specialized consulting firm focused on ERP, HCM, and Clinical Applications.

Our clients depend on us to provide the "best of the best" for their most complex digital transformations. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for high-energy Sales Development Representatives to join our collaborative sales team. If you have the hustle, we have the platform for your success.

The Role:

What You’ll Do

This isn’t just about making calls; it’s about strategic outreach and relationship building. You will work hand-in-hand with Practice Group Leaders and our recruitment team to bridge the gap between client challenges and our consulting solutions.

  • Strategize & Execute:
    Manage a territory of organizations already utilizing specific enterprise software. Your goal is to turn "cold" or "warm" accounts into active partnerships via phone, email, and social outreach.
  • Write, Listen, & Inquire:
    You’ll craft customized, high-impact emails that stand out in a crowded inbox. Success here requires active listening and the ability to ask the "second and third-layer" questions to uncover true business pain points.
  • Master the Message:
    You’ll be trained to confidently articulate why Surety Systems has been a market leader for a quarter-century. We need someone witty, quick on their feet, and engaging.
  • Precision & Consistency:
    Timing is everything. You will gain a deep understanding of your target market to ensure our prospects receive the right information exactly when they need it.
The Requirements (The Cover Charge)
  • Experience:

    1+ years of B2B sales experience (internships and post-grad experience both count). Experience in IT, ERP, or SaaS is a major plus.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value talent and track records above all else.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to use social/digital platforms for business development.
  • Communication:
    Elite verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
  • Mindset: A positive attitude and a "solution-oriented" brain. You don't just see a hurdle; you see a way over it.

  • Compensation: $45k–$55k Base + Performance Bonuses.
