The Role:What You’ll Do
This isn’t just about making calls; it’s about strategic outreach and relationship building. You will work hand-in-hand with Practice Group Leaders and our recruitment team to bridge the gap between client challenges and our consulting solutions.
- Strategize & Execute:
Manage a territory of organizations already utilizing specific enterprise software. Your goal is to turn "cold" or "warm" accounts into active partnerships via phone, email, and social outreach. - Write, Listen, & Inquire:
You’ll craft customized, high-impact emails that stand out in a crowded inbox. Success here requires active listening and the ability to ask the "second and third-layer" questions to uncover true business pain points. - Master the Message:
You’ll be trained to confidently articulate why Surety Systems has been a market leader for a quarter-century. We need someone witty, quick on their feet, and engaging. - Precision & Consistency:
Timing is everything. You will gain a deep understanding of your target market to ensure our prospects receive the right information exactly when they need it.
- Experience:
1+ years of B2B sales experience (internships and post-grad experience both count). Experience in IT, ERP, or SaaS is a major plus. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value talent and track records above all else. - Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to use social/digital platforms for business development. - Communication:
Elite verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. - Mindset: A positive attitude and a "solution-oriented" brain. You don't just see a hurdle; you see a way over it.
- Compensation: $45k–$55k Base + Performance Bonuses.

The office is closed from Christmas to New Year’s Day (Free PTO in addition to 15 standard days). - Office Environment:
