Role

You’ll be the first voice of Klipboard FSM - the one who sparks the first connection and ignites excitement in our future customers. You ll work side-by-side with our Senior Sales Executives to identify high-potential businesses and set the stage for deal-winning conversations. This role is fast-paced, full of energy, and incredibly rewarding. Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for new prospects - engaging them across phone, email, Linked In, and other creative channels
  • Craft clever outbound campaigns that break through the noise and spark curiosity
  • Book meetings for our Sales Executives to close
  • Qualify warm inbound leads generated by our marketing team
  • Use our proven sales playbook to guide your conversations (then help us make it even better!)
  • Learn fast, improve daily, and become a sales superstar
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
  • A fearless, high-energy attitude - you’re not afraid to hit the phones and make it happen
  • 1+ year of outbound SaaS sales experience
  • CRM experience
  • A coachable mindset and hunger to get better every day
  • A passion for learning, growing, and pushing your limits
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with personas or used tools like Intercom
  • Even bigger bonus if a former manager will rave about you
