What You’ll Do- Welcome clients, build connections, and provide a 5-star experience.
- Confidently meet membership, gift card, and upgrade sales goals.
- Share service and promotion details with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Maintain knowledge of spa services and menu offerings.
- Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client files.
- Help uphold spa cleanliness and organization.
- Support team operations with various front desk responsibilities.
- Base pay + commissions on memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades. Our 2025 average hourly rate is $15.84, with top associates earning up to $20/hr.

- Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail.
- Great communicator with confidence in client interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Full-time: Flexibility for a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts (all staff work at least one Sat or Sun shift).
- Part-time: At least one evening and one weekend shift required.
