We are looking for an ambitious Service Now Sales Executive to support our growing Service Now business at Cprime, helping to sell our comprehensive portfolio of strategic advisory and implementation services.

What you will do:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure.
  • Work towards meeting the assigned sales target. Grow and maintain a pipeline of 3x quota target.
  • Understand organizational business drivers, challenges, and pain points; articulate the value of Service Now adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with Service Now stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and co-selling sessions.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase market awareness.
  • Coordinate proposal preparations and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
  • Attend networking events to expand connections and generate leads.
  • Advance deals by qualifying opportunities, planning closures with Service Now, and accelerating processes.
  • Contribute to market strategy and definition for assigned regions.
  • Utilize tools like Hub Spot & Zoom Info for data-driven sales activities.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.
  • Meet KPIs such as new partner meetings, prospect meetings, pipeline growth, and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling consulting services.
  • Ability to position implementation services where time to value is critical.
  • Discuss and plan long-term Service Now adoption strategies during sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust.
  • Proactive, motivated, and skilled in negotiation and client relationship management.
  • Experience in sales and lead generation.
  • Comfortable working in complex, global environments.

Education &

Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Service Now certifications preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willing to travel 25-50% as needed.
