DescriptionAs a Donation Station Attendant, your primary responsibility is to perform your duties in a way that exceeds the donor’s expectations. Donor satisfaction is our number one objective and each attendant plays an important role in representing the charity to the donor. Do not allow donations to accumulate outside the trailer.

Your objective is to provide courteous, respectful service to donors, keep the donation site clean, safeguard donations, and ensure proper setup and maintenance of the donation station. Essential duties include setting up and maintaining the site, engaging with donors respectfully, recording donations, and following safety protocols.
Qualifications include customer service skills, ability to stand and lift for extended periods, and high school diploma or equivalent. The role is entry level, full-time, within the retail industry.
