AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Join American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as a part‑time Brand Ambassador. Your role is to bring our brand to life each day and provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities include:

• Using the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they need.
• Educating guests on AE & Aerie products and making product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexing between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as required.
• Proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assisting the team in ensuring the job gets done and maintaining a positive teamwork culture.
• Adhering to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Full of energy and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16.

Actual starting pay is determined by experience, location, and other factors. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and other rewards at AEO’s discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary based on job level, class, and years of service.
