Prestonwood Country Club, a premier private establishment located in beautiful Cary, NC, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead The Red Fox restaurant.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is primarily responsible for a la carte dining operations in the Red Fox Pub, Patio, Card Room, and special events outside these areas. This role is equivalent to running a high‑volume, full‑service casual and fine dining restaurant, with additional member recognition, tea, coffee, and ice service.

This position requires wine and food knowledge for ordering, suggestive selling, training, stocking, inventory, and updating menus and beverage lists used in the Red Fox Pub and additional dining areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, business, or related field; or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, Mondays, and as requested by Red Fox Manager or Director of Food and Beverage.
• Ability to provide excellent service to Members and their Guests.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and previous use of POS systems, Word, and Excel.

• The rate of pay offered will be commensurate with the level of experience and education.
• The selected candidate must pass a background check, drug test, and be eligible to work in the US.
