RN​/LPN - First Shift

What You'll Do:
As a Nurse at Searstone, you'll take the lead on your shift to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. You'll be a trusted care provider and a role model for our care team, promoting a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Supervise and guide CNAs in providing personal and restorative care
• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and respond to changes
• Handle admissions, transfers, discharges, and complete accurate documentation
• Administer medications and maintain eMAR/eTAR accuracy
• Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Support residents with daily living activities and appointments
• Lead shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care
• Respond to emergencies and document incidents
• Promote cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times

• Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
• Experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred)
• A calm, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and be part of the on-call rotation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must be fluent in English and able to use standard communication tools
