Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of the Carolinas, is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join their prestigious Women’s Health Care Center in Cary, NC. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful. Certified nurse midwife (CNM) is responsible for working closely with both gynecologic and obstetric patients, assisting in births, and providing health care to women post‑pregnancy.
The CNM will assist with prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum care, and may also provide reproductive care, treatment, and education to female patients.
• Join an established and successful practice that has served patients in the Raleigh Metro area for over 30 years.
• Only 1 office location for clinic in Cary that is very close to Wake Med Cary Hospital.
• 3 clinic days per week.
• Clinic patient volume: 15–20 per day.
• Midwives normally complete 8–10 deliveries per month.
• 1 weekday per week of call and 1 weekend call coverage every 6 weeks.
• Top‑notch physician and midwifery team that is committed to providing training and mentorship.
• Delivering hospital:
Wake Med Cary Hospital.
- The practice team has 5 OB/GYN physicians and 6 certified nurse midwives along with an excellent support staff.

- AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
- Graduate of a nurse‑midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
- Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
- Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- 3 years of full‑time experience as a CNM is required
- 401k with matching
- CPR and NALS Certification
