The PA-C or PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing care for patients across the lifespan (population can be tailored based on experience and interest). Providers have autonomy over patient panel and are encouraged to pursue fields of interest to tailor their care to the provider's experience and expertise.
Responsibilities include:- Conducting psychiatric assessments and follow-up visits
- Developing and managing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintaining timely, high-quality documentation
- Participating in team discussions and care coordination as needed
- Is a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Values teamwork, communication, and ethical, patient-centered care
- Appreciates a supportive environment with shared responsibility
- Is comfortable working within an out-of-network

- Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Eligibility for or current DEA registration and state controlled substance prescriptive authority
