Machinist

We are a well‑established precision shop seeking a skilled Machinist to join our growing team.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, mills, and lathes.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, and drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Conduct precision measurements to verify specifications and ensure quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine's related issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machines, mills, and lathes.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and precision measurement.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
