Set Up Technician (2nd Shift)

Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor and Process Technician, the Set‑Up Technician is responsible for installing and removing molds and organizing the area to meet schedule requirements while minimizing operation down‑time by proper preparation and positioning of all required items.

• Perform all duties of a Material Handler.
• Install molds to the point that a Process Technician can start production.
• Remove molds, complete disconnection, and prep for storage.
• Organize the job operation work area.
• Direct the Material Handler to assist where needed.
• Monitor the IQMS schedule to support a timely start/completion of the job.
• Perform other duties as required.

OJT 90 days or less: ongoing informal training and evaluation by Management for additional training needs.

• Minimum six (6) months knowledge and experience in a Material Handler position.
• Knowledge of IQMS and ability to navigate the system to perform job functions.

Educational Requirements:

Prefer a high school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
