We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Area Superintendent Manager in Wilson, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done.

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are available to complete work safely and efficiently.
  • Promote and enforce safety, health, and well-being of the team and the environment.
  • Provide effective people management to motivate and guide team members, helping them grow and stay engaged.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain alignment and project progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Construction or equivalent experience in lieu of degree, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of construction site experience.
  • At least 15 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
  • Experience with HVAC, Mechanical, Piping, Plumbing, and Electrical.
Preferred/Ideal additional qualifications
  • Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Proficient in software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bluebeam.
  • Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings with owners and designers.
  • Attend constructability reviews.
  • Safety leadership (JHA revisions and daily signed-off permits).

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
