The Global Finance team at SASis looking for a
Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting
toensureaccurate,timelyfinancial consolidation and compliance with global reporting standards, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This position will strengthen internal controls and streamline reporting processes, reducingriskand improving efficiency for Finance leadership.
- Prepare the consolidated financial statements inclusive of footnotes and other financial information in compliance with US GAAP
- Design global operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency
- Ensure accurate consolidation, analysis and financial reporting
- Supervise the processing of all year-end reporting requirements
- Lead global audits and special projects
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the department
- Experience preparing or supporting SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and related disclosures for a public company.
- Lead compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal control frameworks.
- Monitor emerging accounting standards and regulatory changes impacting financial reporting.

- 12+yrs of progressive corporate accounting experience including 5 yrs of experience in the following areas of responsibility: consolidations and US GAAP reporting. Experience with a public multinational company is strongly preferred.
- 5+yrs of experience in a leadership role including 2 years in a formal management role.
- Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

- Global Perspective-Demonstrating awareness of and sensitivity to the international market, cultural, technological, political, and legal factors that impact individual and work group priorities and results; leveraging own understanding of the organization’s global strategy, global business trends, and regional differences to enhance individual and work group results.
- Strong written, organizational, presentation, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and financial skills for decision support.
- Strong technical accounting skills and in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Expertise in company financial reporting systems.
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to build consensus across cross-functional and cross geographic teams
- Ability to train staff, as appropriate
- Ability to guide various accounting functions and ensure results are accurate, timely, reliable and thorough.
