This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at Crawford & von Keller, LLC, located in Cary, NC. The Attorney will handle a variety of legal tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings, and providing advice tailored to client needs. The role also involves reviewing casework, preparing for litigation, and collaborating with team members to achieve favorable client outcomes.

The Attorney will contribute directly to the firm’s legacy of professionalism and client service excellence.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents, opinions, contracts, and correspondence
• Litigation expertise, including conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in managing multiple cases and tight deadlines effectively
• Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain strong client relationships
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in North Carolina or South Carolina (or eligibility for admission)
• Experience in creditors’ rights, landlord-tenant law, or related litigation is a plus
