We are seeking an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This position offers hands‑on litigation experience, client interaction, and the opportunity to build your practice with mentorship and support from experienced attorneys.

• Responsible for defending insured clients and insurance carriers in civil litigation matters such as personal injury, property damage, and general liability claims
• You will manage all phases of litigation: investigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, argue motions, and appear in court
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Evaluate exposure, negotiate settlements, and secure settlement authority
• Represent and advocate for clients in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate regularly with clients and collaborate with the litigation team on case strategy.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar

• Strong written, oral, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

• 2–5 years of experience in civil or insurance defense litigation

• Experience handling cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong written, oral, and negotiation skills.
• Trial or second‑chair experience a plus.

• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 (Depending on Experience)
