Pega Lead Systems Architect
Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsCertification
Pega certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA)
Pega solutioning experience using the latest features of Pega Constellation, Blueprint and AI/Gen AI offerings.
Advanced knowledge of Pega Center-out business architecture, DX API, design, and implementation.
Hands‑on experience in design and development of complex use cases using Pega.
Hands‑on experience on implementation of various integration (service/connect) and its authentication mechanism.
Hands‑on experience on implementation of SSO and LDAP.
Familiarity with the various technical landscapes of multi‑channel business architectures including CDH, Pega Robotics, Mobile, modern Front‑end frameworks, legacy & 3rd‑party software systems and the key linkages between them.
- Design and architect business processes using Pega
- Develop complex use cases, implementation of various integration (service/connect) etc.
- Follow and establish strong governance and drive towards promotion of Pega best practices, guardrail adherence, PDC analysis and closure work
- Work with business analysts and product owners to translate user stories into application logic.
- Design and configure data models, workflows, business rules, and UI forms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform configuration or performance issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate in cross‑functional teams.
- Support unit testing, system testing, and UAT efforts.
- Create technical documentation and maintain configuration standards.
- Ensure application security and compliance with governance policies.
$120,000–$130,000 a year
