Position: Help Desk Specialist (MacOS) On Site Cary, Raleigh, NC

Located onsite in Raleigh North, North Carolina ON SITE

MacOS troubleshooting experience REQUIRED.

Additional Preferred skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL standard methodologies such as the difference between Incident, Problem, and Change
  • Ticketing System is Service Now. Handling call escalations from Tier 1 to Tier
    2. Various Shifts Phone, email and chat support.
  • Technical Support, 2+ years, Is Required

  • Mac OS X, 2-5 years, Is Required
  • Time Management, 2-5 years, Is Required
