DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks an Associate in Cary, NC to monitor system health through dashboards, logs, and alerts to ensure high availability and reliability of critical services. This includes monitoring source code repositories using Git, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, integrating Dev Ops tools, and managing containerized applications across environments.

• Monitor system health through dashboards, logs, and alerts to ensure high availability and reliability of critical services.
• Monitor source code repositories using Git, including branch creation, merge handling, and repository hygiene maintenance.
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Integrate Dev Ops tools including Git, Sonar Qube, Nexus, and Ansible into CI/CD workflows.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for application deployment and environment configuration to ensure consistency across development, staging, and production environments.
• Build, test, and maintain Docker images for microservices and enterprise applications.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes and Open Shift clusters.
• Monitor system and application health using Grafana and Geneos; analyze logs with Splunk and configure alerts for rapid incident detection.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure.
• Install, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications on Web Logic, JBoss, and Tomcat servers.
• Configure data sources, multi-data sources, and connection pooling for Oracle databases.
• Automate tasks using Python and shell scripting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in monitoring and Dev Ops-related activities as described in Responsibilities.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD tooling, Sonar Qube, Nexus, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift, Grafana, Geneos, Splunk, and Oracle databases.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and shell.
