Key Responsibilities- Should have strong Application support experience in L2 Services
- Experience in handling Service Requests;
Incident tickets;
Problem tickets - Application Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing
- Handling incident tickets and ensuring that affected users are informed as to resolution, (updating knowledge base as appropriate), this will involve supporting our applications on the trading floor as well as with back office users
- Supporting the resolution of high impact incidents on our services (including attendance at incident bridge calls)
- Providing resolution for open problems or ensuring that the appropriate resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets, handle production outages.
- Implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
- Track record in identifying and making improvements to the delivery process.
- Good knowledge on technologies like Oracle, SQL, Unix, Java, Jira
- Well versed in ITSM Problem and Incident Management tool
- Good knowledge on Unix and Oracle PLSQL
- Experienced in Service Management functions and tools.
- Good exp on Control M, Geneos
- Possess good experience in banking and financial domain.

Pay Range Minimum: $105000 /Annual
Pay Range Maximum: $128000 / Annual

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the followi
