IT Application Manager – Supply Chain Systems

Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid)

Talent Craft is currently partnering with a growing life sciences company to find a proactive and detail-oriented IT Application Manager to support their supply chain technology initiatives. This is a newly created role due to company growth, offering the opportunity to take ownership of ERP, WMS, and system integrations while serving as the key liaison between IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring supply chain technology solutions align with operational needs.
• Support ERP (Sage X3 or other ERP systems) and WMS integrations with internal and external platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize system requirements.
• Oversee testing and validation of system enhancements to improve efficiency and automation.
• Troubleshoot issues, gather user feedback, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Work with IT leadership to define long-term application roadmaps as part of a larger digital transformation strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT applications management, ERP/WMS administration, or business process optimization.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred, but not required) and WMS solutions.
• Background in supply chain operations and process improvement.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with IT teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
