Overview
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Remote Workday Integration Specialist (HRIS) for a contract assignment with one of our premier Wealth Management clients
. This role will be remote.
- Responsible for the design, testing and implementation of Workday Benefits/Finance integration solutions.
- Workday Benefits & Finance Integrations build
- Act as subject matter expert across multiple Workday Benefits integrations
- Design, build, test and maintain Workday integrations
- Partner with stakeholders/vendors to gather requirements solutions
- Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and best practices
- 6+ years of Workday Benefits hands-on integration configuration experience
- Workday Core Connector
- At least 2 Workday Benefits full implementation configuration
- Experience gathering requirements for Benefits integrations with third-party vendors
- Troubleshoot benefits related to system issues and business processes
- Experience working end-to-end across Workday initiatives, from requirements gathering through deployment
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Workday Integration Pro certification is a plus
